Hi there, I’m Jo.

A cognitive hypnotherapist and human figuring it out like everyone else.

I support people navigating anxiety and self-doubt to nurture their self-worth and courage. My work is about those moments where things finally make sense - where you go from feeling stuck to seeing a way forward.

The clarity and answers you’re looking for are there. My role is to help you access them.

We'll work with your subconscious - the part of your mind where the real stuff lives. The patterns, the blocks, the stories you've been carrying without realising.

I use hypnotherapy, NLP, and somatic tools to help you understand what's keeping you stuck and actually change it. I’ll support you to strengthen your self-compassion and feel equipped to navigate the seasons of life.

I work with women and non-binary folk online and in-person in Bristol, UK.
